President
katerina Er is the president of ER Arts&Culture. She is a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker and poet/writer based in Paris, France. She founded this association to promote new voices and create platform where international voices come together. Born in 2004 into a family of Russian immigrants of the Mari ethnicity, she spent her childhood in Cyprus before settling in France.
Secretary

Anna Davydova is a treasurer of ER Arts&Culture and co-organiser of Vers Libre. Born in Russia, she lived in the United States before settling in France. She is also a screenwriter and director residing in Paris.
